Welcome to the Registration Page of The Summer Camp 2025 in Kassel, Germany

Please read the following information carefully.

The summer camp 2025 will take place from 31.07.25 to 10.08.2025 . Register now to participate. We urge you to use the option “Register and pay online” if possible. For those who are not able to proceed with online payment due to technical issues or financial reasons, choose “Register and pay at the Camp in cash” .

The following packages will be offered for this summer camp:

Full Stay Adult (age 13 and older)    200€

Full Stay Children (age 6–12)      130€

Daily Adult (age 13 and older)     30€

Daily Stay Children (age 6–12)     15€

Children under six stay free of all charges.

Included are breakfast, dinner, all classes, workshops, and a sleeping place in the dergah or tents. Please note that no extra accommodations such as private rooms are included in the packages above. We do not offer any private rooms for rent at the camp. For those interested in additional accommodation, we recommend checking options in the area near the camp on Airbnb or Booking.com, for example.

We are offering a family discount of 35% for families and 25% for students , which are automatically applied at the end of your booking. The discounts cannot be combined.

Extra discount in case of financial difficulties:

We understand that everyone’s circumstances are different. If you're experiencing financial difficulties due to long travel distances to the camp or other reasons, we’re happy to adjust the price to help you out. In some cases, a reduced price can be arranged in exchange for voluntary work during the camp. No one should be excluded due to financial shortcomings. Contact us for assistance.
